Wrong item

Macy’s shipped a wrong bag and unable to reorder a correct one. This is the second time they did this. Their customer service is getting worse every day!

Great price for great bag!

Bought this during Black Friday sale so price was definitely worth it! Had to choose between multiple bags for work and landed on this one. Great material for 5 days of work in a week. I don’t carry heavy items so it doesn’t really have to hold any heavy stuff. I like the material as well, very suitable and professional look for work.
