Not practical backpack

At first glance the backpack is cute and can holds plenty of things. The problem is the straps, which are short and made for little girls. The placement of the adjusting strap buckles sit right at the front of my armpits and they are annoying and hurt when wearing both straps. I want to return but cannot because I tossed out the tags.
