Love this purse!

This purse is perfect for carrying my book along with a few other things. I usually carry just a small purse that holds my wallet, cell phone, car keys, and maybe a pen. This purse is just a little larger that I use when I need to bring my book along that I am reading. Absolutely love this purse.

The lining is black

The Elysia is a well thought out bag, perfect really, and I was excited to get the green moss color. However it is depicted as having a light interior, and it is black. Women don't like peering into a black hole to find things, so I had to send it back and take off one star.

Nice bag but...

Love Kipling, and this is a nice bag but not what I was expecting. I was hoping to replace my older Kipling with a new one of the same size. This bag is smaller (11 inches) than described on Macy's website (13 inches). That makes a difference when your expecting a roomier bag. Also, the liner is black. I was expecting a tan interior as indicated in the picture. I can't find the bigger one on the website.

Stylish and Practical Satchel

I ordered this satchel in the moss green color and it is a beautiful neutral shade. The satchel is roomy and still lightweight. My only disappointment was that the inside lining of the bag I received was black, not the light beige print as shown in the online photos. I thought Kipling was known for making bags that had light-colored linings so that one can find things more easily. It wasn't what I wanted, so I sadly returned the satchel.
