Bad wheels

The wheels lasted less than 2 months, but over 30 days. I guess that they know exactly how long the wheels will last. Replacing the wheels will require significant work to drill out rivets assuming I can find an aftermarket supplier. Kipling does not provide replacement wheels. This is really a shame because otherwise it is a well constructed backpack.

Do not waste your money

I used to buy Kipling every year for the grandkids, but not anymore. I bought the backpack on rollers in May and when my granddaughter used it for two weeks in September 2025 the seam broke. I contacted Kipling and they would not honor their warranty. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY>

Perfect measurements; stows under plane seat

I ordered and returned two rolling backpacks from another store with incorrect dimensions and inaccurate descriptions. The measurements for this rolling backpack are correct. It has enough room for an ipad in the front zipper compartment. The interior has space for a Kindle, iphone, and other necessary items for travel by air. The handle is easy to use and stow. And the backpack straps are comfortable. And it comes with a cute gorilla!
