Kipling's quality is on the decline, like so many other companies. What a shame. I really wanted to like this bag, but the fabric isn't the wonderful crinkly soft poly as in days gone by. Now, it's stiff and crispy. The flap is especially awful, almost feels like a piece of cardboard. And of course, no fluffy monkey as depicted in the photos; I received the terrible little rubber monkey. I returned immediately.

Love the purse. Just the right size. Lost a star because the monkey keychain is an ugly vinyl monkey and not the fluffy monkey shown in the pictures
