Macy's customer service was useless

This arrived without the Kipling monkey Keychain. It sold out the day after I ordered it so I could not exchange for a tote with the Keychain. It also went on sale from $129 to $69 the day after I purchased it. Macy's customer service was impossible to work with. I could not even get a partial refund for the missing piece or the price change in less than a day from purchase. Very frustrating experience overall. Kipling doesn't sell the key chain separately either.
