Excellent quality. Nice material. Padding on straps is comfortable. The size fits my child's large binders and has a separate area for the laptop. She says it's so much better than the herschel backpack we originally got her. The zipper seems strong and of high quality too. Will never go back to jansport or herschel again.

The worst thing

I bought this item to be delivered in my house and they sent to be picked up in NY, 5 hours from my place. Got in touch to attendant and they just didn’t care about. Just said that will be refunded after 7 days. But I didn’t want to be refunded, I want the item that I was so many days saving to be purchased. I’m really upset and had this problem in my very first purchase at Macy’s.
