The shipping process is badly managed or communicated. I suggest to review the shipping process. The Tracking was never updated since June 7 and as of today no changes.

lightweight and durable

I’ve had this luggage for almost 2 years now and have brought it with me to many trips - it’s still intact. I like that it’s lightweight because that means I could stuff more items in it. I have fancy luggages like Rimowa and I prefer this Kipling luggage because I don’t have to stress over scratching and damaging it while in transit. No frills and the quality is pretty good! I highly recommend this luggage!
