Life made sweeter
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the mixer about a month ago. We have baked more in this past month than any other. The family is enjoying the fresh baking. Everything is so much easier. I love the size as I prefer to make double batches. Sweet breads are no longer exhausting. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one.

Broke after one use
I have to say it ia ridiculous how hard it is to remove the bowl and to out it back. Also I noticed the lift rod was already flimsy before using and wouldnt hold properly. Bowl would fall constantly and ultimately the cheap plastic clip that holds it broke off in the middle of mixing. I had to hand knead the rest by hand. I cannot believe these machines are this expensive and ao cheaply made. So unfair. I hope they dont give me issues with my return/credit.

Doesn't work
I've always wanted this 7 qt mixer and received it today and plugged it in and nothing. I tried the circuit breaker, unplugged, waited and still nothing. I went to return it, and btw, it's very heavy and lugging this mixer up three flights of stairs into my apt and then down was not fun. I wanted to exchange it and there are no kitchen aid 7 quart mixers available. Not even in the undesirable colors. We're they all defective I wonder? So no, I don't recommend this expensive item. We shall see if the smaller, 5.5 quart works..

Such a big mixing bowl!

I am able to make 3 batches of dough for bread in one run instead of each batch of dough needing its own run. It works extremely well and I couldn’t be happier with its performance.

Workhorse!

Ease of use
