Great Blender

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) ThIs is great product. However, there is a design flaw in the coupling between the motor base and the jug. There is a plastic housing around the jug base coupling that has failed once already. KitcheAid was terrific and sent me a replacement at no charge, but I anticipate that since it is the same design, it will fail again.

I can’t use my blender because I am not using it only when I’m home I work outside New York 6 months 3 months so I don’t really use it what do you expect me to say?

Great blender

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Had this for almost 3 years with no issues, then the drive coupling on the blender wore out. Had a quick conversation with customer service and they sent me a replacement coupling at no cost. Now the blender works like new again!

It's a monster!

I love my new blender, it's powerful and the jar is huge. I miss one feature that is the soup mode, I don't know if this was a previous version, but it was great when blending something hot. Anyway, I love this brand, giving 4 stars just because I really loved the mode.

I bought this less than a month ago and it leaks. I thought maybe it was wet from washing but the leak was also on the base.
