Bought the blender a month ago but preferred my previous kitchenAid model. The blades of the older model unfortunately jammed at the base of the pitcher/jar and I couldn’t fix it. I tried contacting your center for a replacement jar but my letter was returned marked undeliverable.😩

Fantastic High Quality Product!

Bought this as a monthers day gift for my wife as she is loving her smoothie making and she absolutely loves it. I used the FREE engraving to write a lovely message marking the occasion and year too which was an amazing added extra. We wanted a very quiet blender (which is hard to come by) and this one certainly ticks that box. It also has a very sturdy and strong construction, not cheap and nasty like many other brands. The controls are also very simple and user friendly

Poor quality and durability

We have this product and, like others, suddenly it started leaving rust residue from the gear of the jar. Then the gasket broke. We only used it to make smoothies and took great care with cleaning and drying. Very VERY disappointing. We have not owned it for long. It used to be that Kitchen aid was the most reliable brand we knew and used.

The blender does an excellent job at almost every blending need. However, the bottom bearing where the shaft comes through the blender bowl keeps going out. Kitchenaid has been very good about replacing with a new blender, but there is a problem here. I am now on my third blender in five years, with just normal household use.

Loud Grinding Sound

I have had the blender for several years, and use it infrequently, maybe once or twice a month. About a year ago, it started making a loud grinding sound every the time I used it, no matter the speed or setting.

Speeds are easy to adjust for proper mixing

This is an excellent product to make smoothies and juice drinks so I may receive the proper nutrients daily for a healthy body. Great recipes and instructions were provided upon purchase. I value this product as much as my oven and refrigerator and clean dishes. Easy to use and powerful!
