I’ve been using the KitchenAid 13 Cup Food Processor (KFP1319) for a few weeks now and overall it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s very versatile — I’ve easily chopped, sliced, shredded, and mixed a wide range of ingredients, from veggies for salads to dough for baking. The 13 cup capacity is great for family-sized meals, and the one-click bowl assembly makes it really easy to set up and clean. A whizz in the kitchen, a machine making me a whiz
I purchased this glorious looking machine that proves looks are not everything. But it enables me to create nearly everything seamlessly! Hummus, chopping walnuts, slicing vegetables, muffins and the list goes on. Easy to assemble, easy to clean, and sits comfortably in a corner on my bench. Same colour as my kitchen aid mixer and kitchen aid kettle. I am one happy cook

Good Product, Minor Improvements Needed
I purchased the KitchenAid 13-Cup Food Processor two months ago and overall, I am very happy with it, especially the dicing disc, which is a great addition to this model. There are a few minor issues: when shredding or slicing, some cheese or vegetables can get stuck between the lid and disc, which can affect performance. Also, the handle on the head slightly touches the disc while shredding, which can cause minor scratches. Finally, when processing larger items, you need to press the bigger handle in the middle to start the machine; otherwise, it won’t operate. One disappointment is that the whipping/tipping attachment for cream is missing in this model; I’m not sure why it was eliminated. Despite these small issues, the machine performs well and is a solid choice for everyday food preparation.

Great appliance
I bought this to replace my old faithful kitchenaid processor which I’d had and used daily for 15 years. I love that this machine has the functions of the original processor but without the bulky box of attachments. Everything fits snugly into the bowl, even the dicer which was a separate large attachment. Takes up less bench space and cupboard space without compromising performance.

Broken latch after light use
The food processor itself is fine. It saw very little use over the two years we have owned it and had always worked well. The blade selection that it comes with is useful for a wide range of uses. I will say that it is not the easiest to clean, but I think that is the norm with food processors. However, like many others, the latch broke off the last time we tried to use it. While I understand that these parts will not last forever, the fact that it broke after only two years of very occasional use is very disappointing, especially when I have other KitchenAid products that have lasted decades.
