I bought this and it only toasted on one side and that was only on half of the bread, and no I didn’t have the bagel button on. I contacted the company and they send me a new one again only to have this one do the same thing. I’m done.

Toasts perfectly
This was a birthday gift from my daughter. I really love it it toasts on both sides. Everytime I use it I think of my daughter.

this one is exhibiting the same as the last one - one side of the bread toasts darker - our last one began this and then finally failed and it wouldn't stay down to toast the bread so right now we're a bit concerned if this will end up the same way - typically your products are good

Poor Product
Had to return, did not toast properly! Product seemed to be defected and had to return.

Not the best, but ok
I've had this a month. I will keep it for now. I was disappointed that it doesn't toast evening on both sides. One side is always darker than the other and I always double check to make sure the bagel button is off. Other than that it is very sturdy and easy to clean. Looks great in my kitchen.

Nice addition to my kitchen
Excellent toaster. Toast is my favorite food and this little beauty does the job. Cute to boot.
