Defective KitchenAide Product

I purchased the Dish Drying Rack. The measurements were wrong. The Utensil holder does not properly attach to rack! The color, Mineral Water, was refreshing. However, Macy's shouldn't have sold it and deemed it Final Sale!!! When I shop at Macy's, I expect Quality/ Fair Business practices.

Attractive-But on the small side

I like the rack for glasses. But I can't use all the spaces at the same time (my glasses are too wide). Also, I should have ordered something a little bigger. Didn't look closely enough at the dimensions.

Great Color

Received nicely wrapped This is a substantial dish rack, very sturdy. Nice color. PLEASE note USPS shipping is a disaster.. Macy's please use another shipper. It hasnt been this bad since the pandemic. Deducting a star for shipping.
