Perfect Whisk
I really love this whisk. It is weighty without being heavy. And it is a lifesaver when you don't want to pull out the hand mixer. Perfect for mixing my marinades. I am slowly replacing all my small kitchen utensils with Kitchenaid as they are so well made and add a nice splash of color to the kitchen.
I love this whisk. I've used it for omlettes (comes out very fluffy even without milk!), baking (mixing eggs, sugar, etc), and making meringue. I've gotta say - the meringue part was definitely the most difficult and most work. I used this all the time before I got to buying the hand mixer. It makes the job easy and fast - way better than using a fork! AND for everything I've made, it's light, fluffy, and tastes great! The Kitchenaid brand is reliable and it compliments other Kitchenaid items in my kitchen!
I am very new at this whole cook deal, but I have to say that from all the whisk's I have tried (stealing them from my mother) this is by far the best one. I would recommend it to any chef, Beginner or Master!
EGG WHITES HAVE MET THEIR MATCH
After 35 years as an Executive Chef I have purchased whisks of every size and construction. Then I purchased this one. WOW!! What a difference a whisk can make. It is sturdy and it feels good to the hand. Plus it makes a white sauce a true dream. Trust me...you will want more than one of these in your kitchen.
