Arrived opened & dirty

This was so gross - the mask items in the package looked dirty / stained - upon further inspection I realized the packaging had been opened! Macys should have never sent this out. I’m thankful I had this item delivered to my house & not directly to the person I intended to give it to as a gift!!

Husband love the soft and dreamy feel.

Customer service was efficient! There was initially a delivery issue, informed the company then the next thing I knew they fixed the issue and resend the order without delay. Item received just time for Father’s Day. My husband absolutely loves the product. So soft and dreamy! Definetely buying for more.
