Contains sodium lauryl sulfate on ingredient list

Says sulfate free but clearly lists sulfates in ingredients. Sodium lauryl sulfate is right there in ingredient list on the bottle. Contacted them, they said it's sulfates free but the company did not respond after I sent the picture of the ingredients

All-Around Fantastic Shampoo!

Trying a sample of this Shampoo made me explore the Klorane website. It is the best moisturing shampoo I have ever used and rinses very clean. Smells yummy but not over-powering. Grerat size bottle to travel and fairly priced. A Total Winner.

My serendipity shampoo

Love this shampoo and it smells divine. I found it in a Venice pharmacy because the TSA confiscated my American shampoo for being .5 ounce over weigh limit. Now I'm glad they did!

I love the shampoo but I really do not like the packaging since the top does not screw off and oon I like to be able to add water too get it all

New formula sucks

I LOVED the old formula that was mango butter! They dropped the butter and now it smells chemically and doesn’t work as well. Why would you change such an awesome formula?? I used to buy multiple bottles in Paris to bring home!!

Use this instead of the brightening shampoo!

I use this shampoo with the brightening conditioner! My hair gets dry really easily so I prefer to use this shampoo. It’s so nourishing and it smells great.

I did not receive this product. I made the purchase, the next day Macy’s notified me that the product was sold out and returned gift card balance with a coupon that did not allow me to buy what I need…not good customer service.
