Issues with purchased order not received.

I have not received my ordered that was placed on December 14, 2025. I called Macy's customer service and after waiting for over 30 minutes to speak with a representative, that representative transferred me to take a survey without fully hearing the issue with my ordered.

The purchase price for the bundle is excellent, and the camera takes beautiful pictures. I am a senior and I love the simplicity of using the camera.
