Missing batteries, Delayed Delivery

I have yet to actually try the camera because its a gift for someone. But delivery was delayed and it is missing the batteries it was supposed to come with. I bought it from here because it was a package of all the things it came with, including batteries. But they were not included.

Issues with purchased order not received.

I have not received my ordered that was placed on December 14, 2025. I called Macy's customer service and after waiting for over 30 minutes to speak with a representative, that representative transferred me to take a survey without fully hearing the issue with my ordered.
