Wrong Size Description

The size chart says Size 6 with a 9 in. measurement. The shoes that got delivered was for a toddler. Nowhere on the website descriptions says toddler. Now I have to pay $9.99 to return because we don't have a Macy's here in Arkansas.

Poor choice

These boots are categorized until big girls but they are actually little girls boots (toddler size). How very disappointing. I bought 2 pairs and had to return them. When I informed Macy's customer service they did nothing to change the category and competely ignored my complaint. Even the reviews are complaints concerning the sizing.

Wrong Product

I ordered these as a gift for my daughter. They were intended to be a Christmas gift gift. I ended up receiving a size 7 in toddler for this shoe. Macy's needs to fix this product description. As it seems many others have been duped by the same thing. Such a disappointment 😞

Toddler size- beware!

Beware! These are toddler sizes. I ordered the 7m thinking it was kids’ size as advertised (7 in girls) and got teeny tiny shoes.
