Warmer then Uggs and the thicker sole helps it to last longer but makes it less flexible

Dissatisfied

Not happy with these slip on slippers by koolabura ugg they keep slipping off the back of my heel and they are my correct size and I refuse to walk on the back of the heel I wish it wasn't too late return them because I can't wear them slipping off it's annoying and a waste of my money, smh.

Never Received cloud (gray) color

Never Received. This is the 3rd pair of Uggs that were stolen by someone. I am tired of constantly contacting Macys for delivery status of orders. Get better service from your shipping companies.
