Winter wonderland

These are really great. Lightweight for comfort, solid footbed for stabilizing stride, fuzzy inside for warmth and waterproof for the elements. I can’t wait for next winter to break them in.

Though these boots are warm and waterproof they are big heavy and clunky. I wear 9.5 but since only whole sizes were available had to get a 10. Omg they make my feet look so big. But I wear them. Got a few compliments

Koolaburra deza boots by uggs

Boots are in good condition but the packadging was terrible, looks like the boots were torn out of the boxes and just thrown back in the macys box. Horrible delivery. After I had to wait 2 weeks for the boots.

Misleading

I put my order in on the 2nd, got an email on the 10th stating it was going to be delayed I received another email on the 13th stating my order was cancelled due to no longer having my size in stock because the previous orders was processed before mines!! I wasn’t aware of the “first come first serve policy” so while waiting almost 2 weeks for my order they tell me how frustrating it could be & offer me 25% off on my next purchase!! I’ve never had this experience before while dealing with them but I’m very disappointed in took place with this situation!!! They made me put 1 star I would’ve put none!!
