Beware neither Macys nor UGG stand behind product

#1 - Product quality - boots tore at the seam in the back #2 - Barely beyond the return period, soles show no wear so hardly worn and no releief for a defective product. Sent me to the manufacturer for a "refund" #3 - Manufacturer does not do refunds. AND I have to pay to mail the boots to them.

warm booties

I bought these for the cold days of winter. I am pleased with them but you do have to go a bigger size just to pull them on. I usually wear a 7 1/2 but went an 8.

Kookaburra Michon Lace-Up Booties

The boot did not fit properly. I have purchased kookaburra boots in the past and never had a problem until now. I felt like they were not created correctly according to the manufacturer. I could not put my feet down in the boot, it was as if the instep was to high. Don’t waste your time or effort purchasing these boots.
