Tried to like them

I wanted a light weight warm shoe and can wear inside the house but they are very heavy .unfortunately I have to return. I have a narrow foot and they are too wide for me. But they are nice and warm.

run small

Found them too heavy as I am used to wear Clark’s; and a bit small too. My toes were compressed. Nevertheless, they are beautiful and soft inside. Will give them away.

UGGs

Ran way too small they were for a gift and of course, when she got them which was way too late. Her size was not available when I try to call customer service within the allotted time. They wouldn't deal with me when I ordered them because I wanted to change the size. I left a message with customer service and I talked with customer service on the phone, which was very rude to me.

I’ve been waiting for these clogs. I just went into the app to see the status & it says, it’s “been delivered.” Only, I don’t have them! I either want to be reimbursed, or credited. Please advise? Thank you. Shawn McFeely-Hurst
