What's the occasion for this purchase?Special occasion

Still waiting!

I still have not received my package and the tracking says USPS is still awaiting package. I called to inquire about it with no help. I was told that I would get a refund because the package was more than likely lost. However, I was then told that since the package is already in "transit" that I cannot get a refund. I then asked what would happen next and how to follow-up with this. I was told that someone higher up would take care of it. I still have not heard anything back. I need my package or my refund!

LOVE the Warmth!!!

My feet are FINALLY warm!!! The style is fair but I am warm, and was simply tired of trying on winter boots (not for winter sports) that did not keep my feet warm! I would sure like to design a winter boot with this warmness!!!

can’t get them on

Why is everything garbage anymore? You can’t even get these on your feet. One got on and fit fine, the other wouldn’t even go over my heel. Unless I can get them on I’m returning. I own kids Uggs that fit me. There is no excuse for this.
