Pump stopped working

I am disappointed because the pump stopped working after a week and a half. It's evident that the container still has product inside that I can't access. Expensive waste!

Great serum

This serum has really helped my menopausal skin. The discoloration has dramatically improved. It has also plumped my skin up a bit! I haven’t figured out how to open it properly. I have to pump the top a few times, unscrew the entire pump, then pump it onto my fingers. Last, I reattach the entire top.
