Warm, not hot

My husband and I received this as a wedding gift, and we just started using it in our new house. Sadly, the steamer wand has snapped off already (cheap plastic) and overall, we were not impressed with the amount of time this machine takes to brew espresso. We are returning this, and sticking to the basic Krups model (read metal steamer wand) that has been tried and true!
