Delivered broken

Super disappointing that the item had its arm broken when I received it and now there aren’t any more available to return and get a new one. My daughter is preforming in the Nutcracker although her dance class and I wanted to surprise her with this gift.

Not as pictured

The hair on the nutcracker I received is super blonde shiny synthetic hair. Not at all what was pictured. I purchased because it resembled my daughter but it does not with this hair. That are also imperfections on the face and hot glue strings everywhere.
