quality not up to par

the frame came unglued from the nutcrackers hands and the box was pretty beat up. this is the second one i’ve gotten, and the first was pretty good quality. this one may have been a return

terrible quality

It arrived with the picture frame completely dislodged from the nutcracker, and obvious and sloppy hot glue residue is visible m. Even the box is cheap, with the plastic display “window” detached from the box. I had to fix it myself because I didn’t have time to order a replacement before Christmas.
