Damaged item

I received this item damaged and was surprised that there was no quality control. The tray was obviously broken and rhere were smudges on the Nutcracker.

This nutcracker looked so cute online. However it came damaged, with no nose and the top of its head was dirty. Macy's needs to step it up a bit. Both items I ordered were damaged and in bad shape.
