Very disappointed

When the box arrived crushed, broken and revealed I new that their could possibly be problems. I proceeded to take pictures. I opened up the box and saw that the Santa was damaged. Called Customer Service told them and was told that my order was out of stock and I would have to order a different one which I did not want to do. I basically was forced to order another one and then had to pay for it. Not very happy. I am 70 and have been a Macys customer for at least 60 years when my parents took me to Macys many years ago.

Lovely Christmas sleigh

Poor quality!

Received this item today, very poor quality for a Kurt Adler product all the reindeer and antlers were broken off. Will be returning.

Poor quality

I was excited for this item. It arrived today and one of the antlers was off of the deer however that is not the worst of it. You can see all the globs of glue all over where the antlers go, where the lights connect to the sleigh ect. Looks like something a young child glued together in a haste. It is going back.
