crappy wheels

I had the 44 inch basketball hoop and one of the wheels cracked after the second day and they didn't have the courtesy to give me two replacement wheels.First time I dealt with Macy's and will be the last time and I will tell everyone not to order from Macy's because they are not honorable.Nowvindtead of giving me two new wheels,I have to return the whole BASKETBALL HOOP.HOW STUPID
