Defective Score Board

I've purchase this product as a Christmas gift for my 3 years old grandson, unfortunately the score board was defective, once the product was put to use a burnt plastic odor was emanating from the board, we checked the battery compartment and the battery were hot bloated from the heat. I proceeded to report it to the company KUYOTQ, explained on an email what had happened they ask for pictures of the batteries and the compartment, we sent the pictures as requested which to me was absurd because you can't show hot battery and burnt smell on a picture or video I requested a replacement and a return label to return the defective product. today is over two weeks and I'm still waiting for the resolution. my rating is for the lack of a prompt resolution to a problem of a defective product.
