Too Hard, Very Small, No Pigment

This eye pencil was much smaller in person that it looks online. There was no color payoff, and it was hard on the lips, especially in the cold weather. Many drugstore lip pencils are far superior to this formula. It was on sale, but definitely not worth the sale price either for the small size and poor performance.
