Poor return policy.

The shoes must run small and did not fit. You can’t return the shoes to Macy’s. You have to wait for the company Spring Step to send you a shipping label to send the shoes back to Florida. It has been 3 days, and they still have not sent me a shipping label.

L Artiste Chino Shoes

This is my first pair from this brand. These shoes are comfortable and they fit perfect to size. The material has the perfect amount of give when you walk. I wear them all day running errands, getting in and out of the car and my feet and legs feel great. They look good with shorts, long pants, or a dress.
