Material is stretchy and shows my belly

I’m a size 1X and order the 2X for extra room but it was too small. I thought this wouldn’t be a stretchy material but it is and it sticks to my rolls. No bueno.

Too narrow

Runs small. I like beach dresses more flowing. To restricted.
