The only Le Mer product to date that irritates

I am relatively new to Le Mer having been primarily a Bobbi Brown EXTRA line for skin care for the last 20'ish years but as they have modified that line to remove the "oomph" for moisture, I needed something else. So far I've been very pleased with all both Le Mer Moisturizers and the face oil, but the treatment lotion makes my dry, sensitive and aging skin feel drier and itchy. I won't buy another bottle, not all products work for all customer skin types.

Never received the order

It's the first time I found out Macy's uses Door Dash to make delivery. and of course it was delivered to the wrong address. After I followed the instructions to call dashline by talking to 4 different customer service people. They told me there's nothing they could do. I have to contact Macy's for refund. Now I have to wait for around 11 days to see if I can get my refund back.
