Never received the order

It's the first time I found out Macy's uses Door Dash to make delivery. and of course it was delivered to the wrong address. After I followed the instructions to call dashline by talking to 4 different customer service people. They told me there's nothing they could do. I have to contact Macy's for refund. Now I have to wait for around 11 days to see if I can get my refund back.

I been using La Mer for years this is my favorite moisturizer. I have sensitive skin with this product I’ve never had any problems with irritation.

La mer cream

Used La Mer for years. This is ok, but i prefer the pump lotion which is lighter and easier for my skin to absorb.

La Mer Soft cream

Expensive for what it is, but I love it. A cheaper version that gives similar results on my skin is YTTP Adaptogen Deep Moisturizing Cream. I go back and forth between the two. Both make my skin feel hydrated, and don’t cause breakouts. That being said, I don’t have an acne-prone skin, just the occasional hormones-related pimple.
