Looks so cheap!

This dress/coverup doesn’t look like the picture. I received this dress and of course for $175 you are expecting it to look like it does online in the picture. It came in a clear cellophane bag that looked cheap. I opened it up and it looked like a really cheap dress from Walmart. The neck was huge and there was either food on the front or a flaw in the fabric, I’m not sure which. I’m just so disappointed in this dress! It really is so cheap looking and looks nothing like the picture. It’s definitely going back. I thought that for $175 it was going to be beautiful.
