It’s getting the shirt that earned 1*
I’m giving this item one star. The shirts are lovely and great quality. But? Macy’s earned the one star. After a purchase of several, and hubby loved the shirts? Well? This was a winner! I found my go to’s. Then? I ordered/order canceled by Macy’s. 2 weeks later same thing. Each shirt ordered were then cancelled by Macy’s. Waited a few weeks. Order/canceled by Macy’s. This is unacceptable. Cancelations happen. Understood. But not 3 orders of 4-5 shirts canceled one by one via email. At first? You think, ok I still have 4 expected. Then? Ok I still have 3 expected. ETC. Three separate orders. Has happened with other items, but this? Three times? Every shirt? Just beginning to return to shop Kohls again. More reliable.Quality might not always be Macy’s equivalent. But? The items ordered are the items that arrive. Christmas is around the corner. I don’t want to shop for items over and over! Once is enough!!
