Very Misleading Delivery Promise

Ordered a christmas sweatshirt, paid extra for expedited shipping, was assured it would arrive by 12/24. Checked today, 12/24, only to find order 'in processing', hasn't even shipped. Really makes me want to shop at Macy's again. Obviously this review is about Macy's, not the sweatshirt. Hard to review that when I don't have it.
