Still haven’t shopped!!

I ordered this t-shirt on 12/9 (in plenty of time for Christmas) and the tracking shows delivery on 12/28 which is UNACCEPTABLE!! There’s been no movement because all the seller did was create a label on 12/12, Today is 12/18!!!
