I ordered this before Christmas with the understanding that I would receive it about a day or two after that. It’s is now the 31st and nothing. Tracking says January 9th. This is really unacceptable.

It has taken extremely long to arrive. I put the order in Dec. 24th and said it would arrive on Dec. 29th, later I get a notification that it’ll arrive Jan.6th. I received the review email and I still haven’t received the hoodie.
