Cute but sized wrong

I ordered this pink dachshund t-shirt for a gift and it arrived today. I ordered a women’s XXL. That is the size indicated on the tag on the t-shirt, but it was closer to a women’s S-M. I am returning immediately! It was tiny!

Runs extremely small! Probably made for kids. I ordered XXL but it was more like a small. The material is not soft at all. Returning for sure.
