Package didn't come at all

I didn't understand what's going on I order these since Feb 10-11 but is still didn't get the package and it keep saying it's on the way and now its saying it's sending back to sender due to delivery issues

beautiful Butā€¦ā€¦

I absolutely love this ring but what I donā€™t love is that after 2 weeks one of the ā€˜Diamondsā€™ fell out from above the heart on the right hand side of the ring.šŸ˜«šŸ˜¢
