Stone fell out

The main stone fell out. This was purchased July 25, 2025. Macy's says they will not refund. Do not purchase. Waste of money.

Poorly made

I loved this necklace until I had to order a new one since the Opal came off. Few months later… the Opal fell out again and 2 diamonds. I did get warranty on it but unfortunately they weren’t able to fix it. The prices for all fine jewelry are definitely overpriced with the type of quality it is. Very disappointed.. but I’m glad I got my money back.

came in the mail missing a stone

crummy piece of jewelry that’s overpriced. I’m just so happy it was made poorly enough to have the diamond fall out while still in the box so I can get my return.

One of the diamonds fell off just after the warranty ended (2.5 months after buying). Not impressed.

Petite, beautiful but not sturdy.

Although cute, it broke! 2 prongs broke off easily. Stone was beautiful and dainty though.
