Ok Product but poor experience

The earrings are nice. The experience was not. Paid extra for gift wrap and didn't get it. The presentation/packaging for what I consider to be expensive earrings was awful. Earrings in a plastic bag, with no nice jewelry box...just a shabby cardboard deal. Terrible for gift giving. It's Xmas time Macys! Geez. Send your expensive earrings in a nicer box! And if you pay for gift wrap, then send the gift wrapped!
