Did not keep promises

Was promised by Macys website to be delivered by valentine's day. Was ordered 9 days ago and has still not arrived. Has been 80 miles away for 4 days not moving. There is no snow or ice in Texas. Item will be returned as soon as it gets here, I do not give my money to lying companies.

Not on time as promised

Ordered Saturday (valentines gift). Macys website said it would arrive by valentines. Supplier did not make label until Monday night and the gift was not picked up until Tuesday at 6:10pm. UPS expects delivery Saturday. So no valentines gift. I intend to cancel this order. I suggest you look elsewhere for valentines gifts, you cannot trust Macys to keep their promises.
