    HORRIBLE SHIPPING

    Macy’s - you need to slap this vendor on the wrist! These earrings came IN AN ENVELOPE and the posts are completely bent backward. Too weak to survive trying to straightening them. Cute earrings but back they go!

    Ridiculous!

    I bought these opal stud earrings for my granddaughter's birthday. They arrived today and the opals are very iridescent, but they were packaged in a flat envelope (10x12) and both posts were bent at the same angle. Of course the earrings will be returned. Common sense would suggest packing in a box.
