Never received item and when I finally inquired about it , it said that the order was cancelled. I did not cancel the order so I still don't know why.

Beatufil but arrived damaged

Opal is my daughters birthstone so an easy purchase. Unfortunately one of the earrings the stone was dislodged. The price point wasn't enough to get fixed, easier to return. Thank you Macy's for making that process easy.

Opal earrings

The opal earrings received are actually beautiful. However the posts were bent considerably due to extremely poor packaging. These post earrings were mailed in a flimsy envelope with no padding. One of them is much too bent to be repaired and unwearable while the other is bent considerably, it may be possible to be straightened though marring the integrity. This however, does not make a wearable pair. I expected delivery from Macys to have been more considerate. I’m disappointed in the quality of service in this regard. Having been a customer of Macy’s for over 40 years I am noticing this in other aspects of product and service to consumers. Disappointing.

Awful Packaging

How can you throw a pair of earrings in a UPS envelope without any protection. Even the stems were crooked. Unbelievable

arrived damaged

i just want to make someone aware that i am not a happy customer. i had earrings delivered today. they were delivered in a soft envelop instead of a box, and so the stems of both opal earrings were completely bent sideways . i tried to straighten them out as much as i could, but they are curved posts instead of straight and i am hoping they dont snap off at some point. i ordered from Macys to have better service than this and i am very disappointed. i do not have time to return them, as they are a gift. but i want it known Macys should be providing better!
