Chain knotted

I purchased this online and the chain arrived kinked in multiple places. I was able to remove all the kinks except one so I had to return it. The chain is very, very thin!

Lovely pink heart

Such a lovely piece--a large gemstone and yet understated. The chain is quite delicate, so I may replace it with something sturdier for daily wear.
